Skate for the Troops marks 4th Year
Franklin Quiros, a participant at the 4th annual Skate for the Troops and Oceanside, Calif., native, prepares to begin the seven-mile skate around Mission Bay in San Diego Dec. 9. Quiros, a former Marine Corps Martial Arts Program instructor and 9-year veteran, came to the event to support the Semper Fi Fund and enjoy a long skate.
